The Villa in Florida with a size of approx. 3000m² was equipped with outswing flush units (hurricane approved). The doors were produced with arched transoms and muntins. Further included: Shutters that slide into pockets, motorized triple hung windows, motorized roll screens, roll shades and a bronze threshold. The finish is outside turquoise, inside off white.
